Rates
Check-in: anytime after 4pm. Check-out: 12pm.
Long Term Rentals: 3 months or more take 10% off above prices.
Maid Service is included free 1x p/week. Addit. maid service is avail. for $40.000 pesos = US 20 p/day.
1-2 Person Occupancy: Any vacant bedrooms will be locked to minimize cleaning. If you
want the extra bedrooms unlocked you will need to pay the 2-3 person rate.
Smoking Policy: All apartments are non-smoking! Smoking is only permitted on balconies!
To avoid cleaning charges please ensure your friends smoke on the balconies.
Refundable Security Deposit: Because of expensive furnishings & electronics a fully-refundable $300 security deposit is required. Providing nothing is broken or missing your full deposit will be refunded within 3-5 days after departure.
Reservations can be held with a $100 deposit. Balance + $300 security deposit must be paid on arrival.
Cancellations: 2 weeks or more prior to arrival full-refund. Less than 2 weeks "no refund" unless we can re-book the apt. for the same dates in which a full-refund less 1st night stay will be given. All cancellations must be via email.
Payment: via PayPal.
Int'l Calls: All apt's. have high-speed Wifi. Sign-up with SKYPE.com or Magic Jack before leaving your country & use your laptop to make Int'l calls @ 3 cents p/min.
